We who have PTSD have work to do each and every day to keep what lies beneath the surface in good working order.
My heart is still heavy this morning, thinking about all the people out there who are suffering because of intrusive thoughts.
Heartbreaking...So much suffering out there. I wish I could give all...battling intrusive thoughts a big hug!
Fretting. Or worrying. Or other stuff we do with our minds that isn't healthy. How do we break out of it?
